Just a note to thank you and Advanced Exteriors for the excellent work
you did on our house last year. As you know, we were hit with some hail
in the spring of 2010 that damaged our roof, siding and a few windows.
We had never worked through a home insurance claim, but we knew we were
going to have multiple projects going on and wanted them done right. In
light of this, I did lots of research on local companies, called a few
to interview them, and eventually went with A&E after meeting with four
others.

As you may recall during our interview process, my husband and I had
extremely high standards and expectations, and we knew there were plenty
of pitfalls we wanted to avoid. Your professionalism and knowledge
allayed all our concerns. You were extraordinarily patient, informative
and responsive to us before we even signed the contract for AE to start
work on our house.

We are so glad we did. You worked tirelessly to make sure we got the
full value replacement of our roof from our insurance company and we
thank you for that. You brought us several single samples to choose
from and were never impatient dealing with me ... an admitted
perfectionist when it comes to even small design choices for my home.
You team did an incredible job installing our new roof using the best
materials (beyond the shingles!) with incredible attention to detail.
Our neighbors to the south of us unfortunately went with a different
company who did not put in the effort or work yours did. They now have
a substantially poorer roof, installed fairly shoddily, and I'm sorry to
say that it really does show.

Beyond the roof, your team did an impeccable job replacing trim and
siding for us and painting our entire home -- all to my exacting
specifications. Your teams arrived on time, stayed late, communicated
any scheduling changes to us, and finished on time.

Seldom (particularly with construction jobs) are homeowners
exceptionally well served and happy with both the work and materials
they receive. We WERE, and it was thanks to you and AE. I very highly
recommend you and your team to anyone who needs exterior work done on
their home and am happy to convey my experience personally with anyone
